Asian Noodle Salad

Turn plain spaghetti into a slightly spicy side dish that is both colorful and flavorful. It’s easy to make and will keep in the refrigerator up to 2 days.

Makes 8 servings




For Dressing, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to use.

For Salad, cook spaghetti according to package directions. Rinse in cold water to stop cooking; drain. Combine with remaining ingredients, except peanuts. Toss with dressing. Refrigerate or serve at room temperature. Sprinkle with peanuts before serving.

TIP: For an entrèe, add chopped cooked chicken or pork.
