No Bake Granola Bars

A good-for-you granola bar that has lots of flavor and texture from peanut butter, dried fruits, crisp cereal and oats. Make it part of your breakfast or enjoy as a snack.

Makes 12 servings



Line an eight-inch square baking pan with aluminum foil; set aside.

Combine rice cereal, oats, cranberries, raisins, almonds, Naturals™ from the maker of Equal® and cinnamon in mixing bowl.

Combine peanut butter, syrup and vanilla in microwave safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH 30 seconds. Remove from microwave and stir to combine. Stir into cereal mixture. Press mixture firmly into prepared pan.

Refrigerate, uncovered, 1 to 2 hours or until chilled and firm. Cut into 12 pieces.

TIP: Granola bars will keep, covered, in refrigerator up to 3 days. Substitute your favorite finely chopped dried fruit for raisins and cranberries.
